1. Right of Withdrawal Under EU law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

2. Exceptions The following items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons:

• Unsealed cosmetics or personal care products

3. How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@kalevia.eu within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Returns are free. Kalevia covers all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@kalevia.eu and we will resolve it promptly.
